After looking at other Half Giant mods I decided to use the CK to make a simple plugin with the race modeled after my tastes and figured I'd share it.
Race is a 1.2500 sized Nord (Male, Females are 1.2000 as of version 0.2). Male voice is MaleBrute and female voice is FemaleSultry.
Skill Bonuses of Half Giants are:
10 - Two Handed Weapon
5 - One Handed Weapon
5 - Enchanting
5 - Archery
5 - Smithing
5 - Heavy Armor
Description:
A rare breed of Tamriel. The blending of the blood of Giants and Men has resulted in a race that is more cultured than Giants, yet physically intimidating to Men and Mer alike. Once a day, a Half Giant can roar with fury, which frightens enemies while increasing battle prowess. Half Giants are more resistant to the elements and disease as a result of living in seclusion.
The Half Giant racial power causes enemies to flee for 10 seconds as well as mimics: Histskin, Adrenaline Rush, and Berserk for 30 seconds.
The racial passive effect of Half Giants reduces Frost, Fire, and Shock damage by 20% and grants 20% Disease resistance.
I felt that these combinations made sense as they were toned down versions of racials that affect the physical hardiness of the race.
Half Giants start with: an 50 extra Health and Stamina, 150 carrying capacity, and 10 unarmed damage (like the beast races)as well as a slightly increased unarmed reach due to their size. Reach removed due to target and aim issues in latest version.
