BS only 5/10 fps loss, I got over 40 fps lost and now I cant even uninstall it because of how you have to install it.

Hmmm, this is the most simple enb to install, you don't even have other folders or file, 40fps lost it's impossible... it's more possible you have add some heavy mods or retexture or your pc cannot run an Enb.
Also cause you are the only one with this issue, and video review also conferm low loss of fps!!
Try to check with skyrim performance monitor

Agreed. I'm in middle of uninstalling this after watch my 50-55fps outdoors drop to 23-26fps!! Used the Vivid weathers version.

I just disabled ambient occlusion and i rarely drop below 55fps now, it adds only a very minor difference.

@AmoreDragon to be frank 99.99% of ENBs are the same to install and to remove. Rather than take it out on L3st4t who has had the kindness to present this ENB, try the mod "FXAA ENB SweetFX Manager" and experiment with the ENB set up. This FXAA swapper is extremely helpful and makes changing ENBs, or removing one you do not wish to use, very easy.

I started using your Light 2.0 version and I have to say, I just love it! Very little fps loss and combined with CoT, my Skyrim has never looked so gorgeous. I'm new to using ENB graphic modification (as my previous system couldn't handle it so I only used ENBoost) and yours is perfect. Thank you so much!

First off I would like to say that this ENB is amazing. I have a potato for a computer and every ENB I have used takes a minimal of 30 frames off the top and then I lose even more from there. But with this ENB, and a ton of retexture mods, I'm getting 55 FPS , and that's when I'm fighting about 6 bandits and a dragon. With all of that being said I have one problem. I use Vivid Weathers and I downloaded the version of your ENB that Supports Vivid Weather. Everything looks great except at sunrise the ice is blindingly bright and interiors are really Dark, even if I use night vision I still can see. are there any specific setting I need to edit to make the interiors brighter and the ice not so bright?

I found out how to fix it I played around with AmbientLightingIntensity (Day, Night, Interior) and now I can see still no FPS drop .
Thank you for all the work you put into this ENB its awesome!

I heard about your mod through the Ultimate Skyrim Modding Guide when I decided to make a new game. My new monitor was much higher resolution than my old one so I needed an ENB that had a low performance impact but made the colors look better.

I was really amazing when I saw your mod, it barely affected my FPS at all and it really improved the looks of things!

Sadly I have a bit of a problem, I'm currently using the Dark edition of your mod and I'm aware that there isn't a version compatible with NLVA, the combination of Natural lighting and Vivid weathers. Overall the game looks amazing but the problem I'm having is that the sun is entirely too bright on that mod. Is there any way I can fix this myself? Or is there a possibility of an adapted Darklight ENB for NLVA in the future? I would really like to run your ENB over my other options, thanks for your time.

i can make a vrs for the support of NLVA, i have a plan for the future to make a great update to this ENB, cause currently i'm working on the Lucien ENB, unfortunatly i can only put my hands on it after september cause i have a long time job that will take me far from my pc till that date...you can try anyway to reduce in the enbseries.ini the intensity of the rays or the glare, or just trying to disable the effects from the EFFECTS section put in it on false.
I had same problem when i was doing the VRS for VVW and i still think that a little update is needed.
      Tnx for your words

    Hi !

I tried several ENB's presets, and you're look REALLY great ! It fits me perfectly BUT (yeah, there is a but), i would like to lower the DoF effect/strength (but not remove it). How can i do that properly without breaking everything ? (I have no problem to tweak manually some .ini's files if necessary !)

I have a question/suggestion : To install it, i copied every files and folders EXEPT the "Data" folder in my skyrim folder. Then i opened the archive with Mod Organizer and check the Data folder from the archive as Data Folder in order to make the install/uninstall easier. This method seems to work very well, MO only carry the "data folder" part. ( http://prntscr.com/bweq7m )
Is this medod 100% working ? (seems to). If so, that would be a good idea to share it in the description page of the preset for others Mod Organizers users.

Despite the overdose of DoF (from my point of view only, i don't speak for everyone), this is an amazing work ! Endorsed and voted !

EDIT : I use the Vivid Weather Compatible version, and ELFX is installed (with darker preset).

in the enbseries.ini you can just disable the DoF if you think it's too strong, actually i'm working all summer so i don't have so much time to work on my preset, i had few days off and i started to update my other ENB Lucien, i will be back to Darklight for vivid hopefully after september when i have more time to spent on it, anyway tnx for your kind words, i think you did the right metod, anyway Data just contain the matzo patch for Enb so it doesn 't really matter if you installed or not! (but it's highly reccomended)..
      enjoy your summer

This ENB looks fantastic! ...But it doesn't seem to match my mods well. I use ELFX in conjunction with it, and I even took out the ELFX Enhancer, but it's just too dark. I've turned my brightness up to the maximum setting as well, but it's still impossible to see in front of my face without Predator Vision active.
I would uninstall, but I'm afraid 'Just take all the file out from ur skyrim directory, scripts clean' is a tad difficult for me to understand.
For uninstalling, do I just select all the files that I pasted in from the archive and just delete them? It won't cause any issues with missing files or anything?

No it shouldn't at all. He just means there are no files that contains scripts that might leave "leftovers" in your game saves. So just uninstall what was installed. Be warned though, there are quite a few files in the data folder that this preset adds (the meshes in particular), and you will need go in and find all of them and manually uninstall.

The only files this enb is adding is the matzoparticular patch for enb, so it's nothing bad for your game, actually thiss patch correct some difects all enbs add to game, so no worries!! Dark light enb is a preset that uses strong shadows (expecially at night to recreate a realistic night darkness), during day should be quite normal!!! are you shure u downloaded the right version for your load order ( i mean meaby you down load the version vividweather without using vividweather)
