    Great mod! Thank you!
But why on Earth did you make it change footsteps soundset?! I mean, I've changed it to "null reference" with TES5edit, but why did you do it in the first place?

I know, I know. I'm late but what do you mean? Does this mod change the sound of footsteps when wearing the backpack? I can't have that, I'm using high heel sound, lol.

For people asking for this in SSE or who don't want to use Wet & Cold SE in light of all its reported issues: just download this manually, extract it, use Nifskope Optimizer on the file, repack it as a .rar, and then drop it in your NMM mods folder. You can then install it as a normal mod through Nexus Manager, and it works fine in SSE.

Seriously, though. These really are the best looking packs in the game, although the large one is TOO large, if ya ask me.

I can confirm that this does work. You can repack as a 7zip file as well. Also, you do not even have to use Nifskope. Instead, you can use Nif Optimizer (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4089) It worked just fine for me.

Just to be clear, you do NOT need to use the CK at all. Not for something as simple as this.

Downloaded Nif Optimizer to give this a go and when I select the file to optimize and hit "scan textures" or "optimize" nothing happens

For people who want this in SSE it is easy to do. Just download the manual file. Download the SSE creation kit from bethesda launcher. Copy the files from the archive into the data skyrim folder directly (don't install from MO or NMM) Launch creation kit. Activate the esp for the backpack mod. Let it load for a minute or so. Once it is loaded go to a random item and change the name then change it back. Overwrite the esp. No download knifscope extract then run it. Open the .nif (the A ones are for inventory they work fines so ignore those) files under /meshes/clothes/ for the mod folder. Up at the time do the spells option and then run the fix three under batch. Then go on the right and find the trishape options. Right click then mesh > stripify. Save the file then go back and triangulate or whatever again then save. Repeat for all trishape files or ones that have the mesh stripify option. Once done copy the mod files from the data directory to your MO or NMM or just leave then there. Make sure to delete the ones in the data directory if they didn't work. You might have to play around in knifscope a bunch till they finally work (plenty of online resources on converting nifs and esps for SSE online). Sorry for bad explanation but it should work

    1) Point first: If it's so easy to do, why has nobody done it yet and put it on the SSE version of NMM (with authorization ofc)?

    2) What happened to the mod maker? I saw him active until 10 of April (2017).

    2) You cannot pretend to say that's easy and post this bunch of stuffs to do. It's not easy.

    3) For just 1 mod I have to download Knifscope and the Creation Kit? I guess not many ppl will do that.

Exactly my thoughts. Wish someone could do it properly and post it on the sse nexus, I really miss this backpack

It's really not hard to do, that explanation seems a little overcomplicated though.

      1. Download file manually
      2. Extract it somewhere nice + cozy
      3. Use an optimizer on the mesh files (you don't even need nifscope, I use nif optimizer. It's over on the SSE nexus and it's simple to use).
      4. Drag all the files into the SSE data folder
      5. Open the CK and set the mod as your active file
      6. Wait for it to load up (select "yes to all" to any errors)
      7. Save + Close
      8. Activate the plugin in your mod manager of choice.

      Done.

I could easily port it and upload it to SSE nexus, but I'm not the mod author and neither do I have the mod author's permission. So if you don't want to port it yourself, tough. No backpack for you.

Hey RayvenFeather, thanks for the step-by-step. Kudo given. Will try it soon when I have a little time free.

Hideto84, if you're still reading these posts, will you be porting this to SE? If not, will you give permission for one of us to do so?

3 years later. It worked, thank you. Its the first time I tried to convert a mod to SSE. I liked the design so much I had to give it a try.

There are 4 sizes/capacities. Each one of them can be in black or brown colour, whichever you'd prefer.
