I'm dumbfounded on why the Elven Replacer file doesn't work at all. Like it's like something replaces it's texture but I don't have any other mods that change textures installed. While the first file works, the elven replacer one just doesn't. help. EDIT: when using the craftable version it makes all the Thalmor soldier no longer use leveled weapons and instead they all use the Elven Dagger.
On another note, how can I make this compatible with Leanwolf's better shaped weapons?
the suck-in-that-gut version seems to make the normal elven cuirasses incompatible with retextures. All the other parts of the armor have the retexture I got but the cuirass has the default texture. I don't know if the texture paths in the mesh were edited but it definitely makes me deactivate that part of the mod. I do love the rest of it though
It's worth noting that the characters I looted the armor from had the full retexture I wanted, I'm guessing they were using the female mesh but I didn't notice. So it doesn't seem to be the retexture's fault
EDIT: Never mind, sorry. Turned out it actualy was a problem with the retexture mod
Alright this is what i did: Syrim Special Edition- I manually downloaded the replacer file cuz i only wanted the texturres for the weapons. I put the weapon textures into the texture/weapons folder I went ingame and my handaxes are working...i have not tested other weaponry...yet. I just wanted darker weapons im already using a black elven armor mod. i did mess around with the meshes with the nif tool on nexus se hot files but like i said i didnt use the armor stuff so dont knoww. qwert
Yes please! This was crucial to my main character on old skyrim. Does anyone know if we can just somehow download this one and put it in SE somehow? I haven't found it on the SE nexus at all yet.
I was simply wondering if you were ever going to port this to consoles? I'll be honest, I saw this mod ages ago and I came THIS close to buying it for PC simply to use this mod. Actually, this mod is one of the reasons I shelled out again to buy the special edition, the hope that I might be finally able to use this lovely texture for an otherwise somewhat gaudy armour.
