Spiderwick Manor is finally finished and adoption friendly !!.

The house is located near Morthal to the east, almost right next to Meeko's shack. This house is a vampire / mage type of dwelling. All storage in the entire house is safe. The house includes alchemy, enchanting, a plant-able area, armory, forge, kitchen, and much more. Download and give the thumbs up.

Helix is faster than the normal, and has plenty of speed. He is also, hopefully, un-killable.
In order for Sithis to follow you, just click on him. He also has plenty of speed and will be able to keep up with Helix with no problem. Sithis is also a great fighting companion.

The clothes on the mannequins in the house are not included.
