Sometimes maybe you don't want to run so fast, but can't slow down.
Of course you know is that all right now.
In the MCM menu set your running speed, but can't faster than your originally the fastest speed.
You can also through the shortcut keys (the default is the num+, num-) to adjust the speed.
=======< BUG >=============
If there are other MOD change your movement speed (such as a requiem mass effect), you can reset your fastest speed through the MCM menu.
But I can't promise it must work.
So if you realized your movement speed had abnormal, use the following console command fixed speed:
player.forceAV speedMult 100 （‘100’ can be any positive integer）
