    You have questions or troubles?

All the questions that you may have should find an answer in the FAQ located in the mod's description.

    If you have troubles:
    - Download the latest version.
    - Check if you use a mod which is incompatible with Immersive Citizens, all mods with more than 100 endorsements and which are incompatibles with the latest version of Immersive Citizens should be listed in the description (Compatibility & Synergy section).
    - Check if your load order is correct, the load order constraints that you must respect are listed in the description (Installation, Update & Load Order section).
    - Read the troubleshooting section and the FAQ in the description.
    - Read this page which will help you to build your mod list.

If you want to report bugs, there is a bug section. Don't forget to explain how to reproduce a bug with a minimal load order otherwise it will be pointless (I can't fix a bug that I can't reproduce).

Holy mudcrabs! Wow! This is amazing. This is huge, and a blessing to AI immersion. You've given the game an entirely new dimension. And instead of deleting or avoiding annoying NPC contact, and narrowing the interactive element of the game in the process, you have gone in the opposite direction. Many thanks. I will be tracking. Hopefully iWilliBlecha, JK, Rose Rosenberg, jabr, brytag and others have noticed. Their mods, equally immersive and lore intensive, have become essential to many a load order. I would entreat - nay, beg - all to collaborate. Tracking.

    Endorsed & donated ($10-I'm Alisa).
I just wanted to thank you Shurah for this superb and incredible mod. I am genuinely astounded by just how much this mod has changed my Skyrim. I have only had 6 hours of game time with it so far, but to this point it has been nothing but a pleasure! My only real difficulty is deciding if this is my 1st or 2nd favorite mod of all time. Everything the npcs do now feels real & alive. The Bannered Maire is packed at night, Brenuin the town beggar sulks in front of shops while Whiterun's secret lovers sneak out of town for some peace & quite (and that's not even 1/100th of it). This is the kind of mod that is "game" (pun) changing.
I can only imagine the time & dedication you poured into it's creation & wanted to thank you for it!

After installing Immersive Citizens on a new playthrough, I did something I haven't done since installing an ENB for the first time, just stand and look around. Watching Sigrid fill the water troughs in the morning before then going to garden, hearing Embry try to convince one of the guards to join him for a drink, seeing Uthgerd on horseback come riding through town, watching Jon and Olfina hurry outside of whiterun to meet-up with each other, the list just goes on and on.

This is an incredible piece of work that I hope will continue to be supported and updated as it is a mod that I foresee many people adding to their "must have" mod list.

Reading the extensive changes this mod makes to the AI, I was really expecting this to be full of bugs and problems. Wow was I wrong. This is how the AI in the game should have been right from launch. Even with plenty of other mods in my list there are no problems or slowdowns.

Things I've observed that are awesome:
    - Alvor and his daughter having several conversations about things like boys, making a sword or shield
    - NPC's now visit each others stores and homes, even go outside of town, sometimes on a horse
    - dialogue that I've never heard before, way to many to list, there are entire scripted conversations that were obviously in the original files but I've never heard them before
    - NPC's don't greet you every time you just walk by them
    - NPC's doing things like repairing their houses or carrying a bucket when they go to gather vegetables
    - the town drunk in Riverwood will sometimes just go lay on the wolf rug right in the middle of the floor in the tavern
    - the taverns are actually lively in the evenings, and it's not just a bunch of NPC's randomly wondering around inside, they are doing things that they don't in the vanilla game
    - NPC's that are normally always in the exact same spot now wonder around some and do different things, for example I saw Janessa leaning against the post in the market where normally you see the battle born guy

Thank you for the awesome mod, it has breathed new life (literally) into the game, and the best part is that it works.

I've ported over Immersive Citizens AI Overhaul Lite because my focus was on seeing how you've made NPCs run away from battle and generally not be as suicidal as they are now, and I was intending to change the health balances a bit since I'm using combat mods where a few hits are deadly - but now I'm in deep and curious about everything!

I figure I might not be lucky enough to get a reply but I'll ask just in case:

How do the changes to chair Idle Animations relate to what the mod does?

In the game and the DLC there are things like Keyword FurnitureSpecial and IsEnteringInteractionQuick that are empty in Immersive Citizens AI Overhaul Lite. Idle Animation is changed from Chair to NPC0EnterChairInstant, and Idle Animation goes from ChildLayOnFloor to EnterChairInstant.

It's not that I'm asking you to justify your decision, I just have absolutely no idea what it does or how it helps and it would be so very nice to learn.

Sounds like you have installed a compatibility patch for Realistic Room Rental, when you actually do not have Realistic Room Rental in your load order. Remove the patch for that mod, as you don't need it (since you don't use that mod).

Hello everyone, I have a question. I have cleaned this mod with TES5Edit because LOOT tells me to clean it. Is it safe? Good or bad? Can anyone tell me? Any help will be appreciated

DUDE take it as a BIBLE if they tell you to clean it do it.
Most of the times (99.9%) it fixes problems

Don't necessarily "take it as BIBLE" if a mod shows ITMs or Deleted References in LOOT. The vast majority of times cleaning a mod is perfectly fine and will do nothing but help. With a handful of mods, though, it could actually cause major issues. One such mod is Inigo, which the mod author is adamant should not be cleaned. When you see LOOT showing ITMs or Deleted References, the best bet is to go to the original mod page and check. If the mod is supposed to have the ITM's, they should say something about it on the description page or forum posts. If the mod author didn't say not to clean it, clean away!

LOOT's great, but don't ever treat it like the Bible. you have to go in and make custom rules one way or another. it's not going to fix every single conflict, and it even makes some worse.

(e.g. a mod author specifically states to load their plugin after another. so you place it after the other, and what does LOOT do when you go to sort? it places it BEFORE that plugin anyway.)

@stingray1995 I agree with what you said, LOOT automated sorting does not always sort mods properly.

Not sure if trolling, these edit are to define fix to static address, if the authors says don't clean you should NOT clean or you could broke something

    Hi,
    1) Does this mod affect pnj added by other mods (for example: Populated Cities Towns Villages)?
    2) Is it greedy?
    3) Can mods using navmeshes be easily uninstalled (without consequence)?

The Populated mods ignore this one. The same way they ignore most city mods.

At long last tested this mod and for the longest time I thought it incompatible with my tavern mod (long story).
I am happy to verify now that this mod works great with my "Friendlier Taverns with Baths" and both together enhance the tavern experience greatly.
Cant imagine playing without your mod anymore; installed mid game btw. no issues.
    Kudos and endorsed!
