My character, Valleri, has gotten quite a few requests to be a preset, so I thought I would go ahead and upload her.
(Mature Skin Valleri with SG Hair Pack)
Requirements:
(For her to look the same)

SKSE
RaceMenu
XP32 Skeleton (not sure if required but I use Groovetama's XPMS Extended)
Sevenbase Body Replacer (once again not sure if required but I use TBBP)
Battle Hardened Warpaints (I use the standalone 1-4 set)
The Eyes of Beauty
Better Makeup for SKSE (I use the High Res Female Face Makeup for SKSE)
KS Hairdo's or SG Hair Pack 268 (google)
Women of Skyrim Enhanced Female Normalmaps (used this with Mature Skin)
SRG Female Textures (google) or Mature Skin (for both the normalmaps stated above and mature skin I used the UNP options)

Manual Installation
1. Download the Preset
2. Extract the file to a place of your choosing (I usually do desktop)
3. Put the file in Skyrim/Data/SKSE/Plugins/Chargen/Presets
4. Once in the game, start a new game or type in "showracemenu"
5. Set race to Imperial and make sure you are on female
6. Then go to the Preset tab next to the tab that says sliders, and hit F9 and look for my preset
7. Click it, it should load, and she should be good to go

If you were hoping she would be a Nord then what I can tell you is, set the race to Nord and then go load my preset, when I tried it there wasn't that much of a difference
Manual Uninstallation
1. Go to Skyrim/Data/SKSE/Plugins/Chargen/Presets and then remove my preset
