Contains an ESP with a spell/scroll that will do two things 1. If SKSE is installed it will update npc visuals (without needing to restart or reload) and 2. if they are non-humanoid (dogs/dragons/mudrabs etc) will allow player dialogue - skse not needed. The ESP can be used for patching as well.
