This is where I'm going to share my personal tools, utilities, models, and other things that I use to make mods. Knowledge is not really any good unless you share it. :)
That said, I will provide absolutely no support for anything I upload to this page.

Check out Mesh Rigger. It's what I use to copy weights from one piece to other pieces. You can even weight entire directories of stuff at once! It's saved me enormous amounts of time, and I cannot recommend it enough!
Explanation of each file (if it isn't obvious):
Blender models: These each have a different common animation baked into them as well as the XPMSE skeleton. I use them to help ferret out clipping issues when I am doing my final weight painting on pieces. Featured are the Running animation, Standing animation, and the Sneaking animation.
