This mod is particularly designed for unlevelled skyrim.  Quests will initialize at level 1.  The ebony warrior will even come challenge you (if you have completed the main quest) but fighting him will surely mean death.

• Join the Dawnguard
• The Ebony Warrior (must have finished main quest, become Harbinger of Companions, Archmage of Winterhold or Master of Thieves Guild)
