WARNING:THIS IS MY FIRST MOD, IT IS NOT PERFECT.
I Recently, thought about making a new character so I wen't looking for some race mods, and none really piqued my interest. I usually play as either an archer, or an assassin, and I thought to myself "I wish there was a mod that combined both" and this mod was born, well 31 minutes later. I went and downloaded Creation Kit and started looking up tutorials and a few minutes later I came up with this. I hope you guys like it and thank you to the people that endorse it. And I have one last thing to say, if you want to make your own mods, go ahead and get Creation Kit and start working, it's incredibly easy, and it as designed to be incredibly easy, so go ahead, chase your dreams.
Installation.
You can either use the "Download with NMM" button,
or if you don't have NMM then download it manually and
put it into C:\\Steam\Steamapps\common\skyrim\data
and you are good to go.
How to use
To use this race, you can either start a new character,
or open the console, (`) and type in ShowRaceMenu
and select "Ranger Assassin".
What this race does
This race is just a body of a nord, except you start with
75 sneak and archery (it's not 100 so you can still level up)
and you start with the spell "Bound Bow" and needs 0 Magicka
to cast (because in the beginning you don't get a bow.)
Backstory
This races backstory is that, you are a member of a nord clan,
that the only way you can enter is if you are born into it.
They are trained at a young age to sneak and to use a bow
and taught to use the spell bound bow, and by adulthood can
cast it without using magicka. You master archery and sneaking
by 16, or you are executed. Once you master sneaking and archery,
you are destined to go and join the thieves guild and the dark
brotherhood or you aren't a true Assassin Ranger and will be shamed by
your people.
