An ominous lighthouse towers above the coastline near the College of
Winterhold.
It is quite evident that the structure was built for mages.  In
fact, the building served as the original College many years ago until
the demand for more space was needed and the new college was constructed.

This great monument to magic lay dormant for many years ... until now, for
you ... the Dragonborn have been called upon by the Archmage to clear
it of some very nasty Frostbite spiders who have made quite a mess.  A unique variety
smaller than any other Frostbites in the Kingdom. If they should
escape, It could wreak havoc upon the entire population, which is why
you have been summoned to exterminate the pests.

In exchange for risking your life with such an undertaking, the Archmage has declared
that you should have possession of the Tower in exchange for your services.

Now called "Magica Lookout", this player home serves as a fully equipped mage headquarters, featuring lots of storage space, Mannequins, weapon racks, book racks, and chests as well.

The Towering lighthouse features a hot tub that seats four at a time, a full smithing area in the basement, offering the "Bluefire Forge" which even surpasses the legendary Skyforge!
A wonderful and mysterious place to enchant your weapons and armor, called the
"Magica Sphere",
which can be accessed from the basement and includes a
unique enchanting table.
You must travel through a
Dragon Fire Portal located on the mystical bridge leading to the Sphere,
which floats in the center of the universe.
There is also a working toilet in the bathroom next to the hot tub.
Finally! "I've been holding it for weeks!"

The home also features a sundeck with suntanning beds, a garden and some farm animals that you may enjoy watching as you rest after a hard day of slapping draugr around.  The deck is always warm, since it is near the huge lighthouse fire.

You will find several perks in the tower.  A few enchanted items, many potions, and some stuff to cash in for gold the next time you see Belethor.

My sincere thanks for all of the donations and endorsements!
There is a serious controversy in the modding community about Steam offering a "pay option"  for modders in
their workshop.  I do not support that option but I do support the donation request option. I am urging my fellow gamers to not purchase mods.  KEEP MODDING FREE!

The home has been fully tested and navmeshed.  This is my third player home which possesses the most originality of my three mods.  As an award winning artist, I hope you enjoy "Magica Lookout" and will endorse it.

Requirements: There are no requirements other than you are using game version 1.9 or higher.

Installation
:  One file to install with the Mod Manager, "Magica Lookout 1.5", or install the .esp file manually into your Skyrim data folder.  Uninstall with NMM or snip the file (.esp) from your skyrim data folder.

Conflicts: This mod should only have a conflict if you have any other mod which interferes with the same world space. I currently know of no such mod.

I have not experienced any bugs with this mod except that your followers may occasionally sit on the hot tub water jet. LOL ...  You may have to get your follower to step into the tub before they will sit on a chair for you.

If you don't like the dead Frostbite spiders laying around after you've squashed them, go into 1st person mode with your weapons at ease, then get as close to the spider as you can, open up the console by pressing the key directly to the right of the #1 key, click on the spider and its ID will show up (something like (2b00c568),) Then type disable and press the enter key to vaporize the beast!  I recommend doing a save before you disable them and after you disable 3 of them at least, since you could accidentally disable a follower or part of the tower.  If you do make a mistake, go back to a save that was done before the mistake and all will be well.

Since this is a tower mod, you may experience some lag in the living and bedroom areas if you have low frame rate issues, which I suppose is normal in all towers within Skyrim. I'm not sure why this is so, but it may be the default atmospheric effects.  If anyone knows a trick to improve this, please let me know and I'll improve it in a future update.
