yes it is supposed to be so. Skyrim developers hate skirts - it is impossible to make good skirt+legs without clippings. So I needed to choose - skirt+legs+clippings or good skirt without legs.
This is exactly why I dropped this mod with some regret. Otherwise I´d love to use it - nice shapes and colors - great job! Apachii Divine Elegance Store doesn´t have this problem, collection is a bit smaller though in ladies long dress department and doesn´t have separate skirts and tops
Thank you so much for this! I love the dresses and the jewelry- especially how you made them so you can mix and match to create very unique looks for all sorts of characters! I just discovered this mod but I already know I'll be using it again and again because it's so versatile! If you ever decide to work on this mod again a shawl or a sleeved top for cold weather would be a cool addition!
Newmiller, thank you for bringing these back! A question - why, oh why, can I not wear the tartan skirts over the tartan outfits. It looks soooo cute!! Is there anything that can be done for that? Would be even better to be able to wear the tartan shoes but it's understood why you did the skirts as boots.

I can't find the jewelry anywhere. I've looked at the photo multiple times and I have done laps around the main gate and the other gate. Also, there is no female vendor in Whiterun for the other items. Am I missing something?
sure you cannot find jewellery. You downloaded only draped dress mod. Download jewellery mods in files section too and install them. And Summer dress mod - download it too - items from it are also in chest.
look at that image more carefully. Main gate is noticed to simplify navigation. There is second red arrow on the image - it points to chest which is rounded red and it is written "chest with items". Items are in chest, chest is close to the river.
