Ancient Falmer architecture is 'supposed' to be scattered throughout Skyrim per-lore, so thank you for fixing that particular bit of Bethesda laziness.
the shrine is telling me "My Soul is too hostile", however I have no current bounty anywhere. What exactly causes this message, and how is it avoided? Am I not allowed to play as an assassin vampire? :<
This continues to be a must-have mod in all of my playthroughs! It's great having more structures around, especially those that make the landscape feel older, more storied, and lore-immersed!
https://imgur.com/a/wEQJPMP Did I break the mod? I'm looking in Whiterun where the one by the Battleborn place Should be, I think. And there is nothing there. I'm wondering if it's being occupied by the same space as the bar from another mod. I used this to find where it should be: https://imgur.com/a/zAfnQ#0 I haven't looked for any others, but will be checking this week. Edit: I forgot to mention that I TCLed into the building, and there was nothing underneath.
https://imgur.com/a/wEQJPMP I added a new screenshot. I've removed the Anna's NPC's mod that had the inn where the wayshrine should've been. It's still not there. What am I doing wrong? I don't know of any other mods that put something there.
Sorry to be a total noob, I can't get this to work at all. Clicking on the shrine does nothing. I don't know what MCM means. I've read the mod description thoroughly and looked everywhere for answers, but I can't make heads or tails of it. How does this work and what exactly am I supposed to do? Thanks for the hard work and help!
MCM is part of another mod SkyUI https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/12604?tab=files and is atool to create options menus for mods. After installing SkyUI you can find inside the ingame options menu.
there's no need to be impolite :) besides, you can auto-complete the quests with a single click in the mcm menu. try reading mod descriptions as often times they will provide answers to your problems!
I love this mod! It adds much-needed ancient Falmer influence into the game that Bethesderp completely neglected to implement. I mean; it's the ancestral home of the Snow Elves, and not a single shred of evidence that they ever existed can be found outside of a single DLC quest! Where are the unique ancient Falmer weapons and armors?! Why is it that the lore describes the Snow Elves as having made effective use of heavy armor and ice-based magic, and yet there is only 'one' piece of ancient Falmer armor in the game... and it's 'light'!?
Either Bethesda has been going slowly senile over the course of the last two games, or they are simply ceasing to care more and more. I see uncomfortable shades of the Mass Effect series in this...
Lol, I may have asked this question already but if not, here it is, I was wondering what the difference between the blue fire shrine and the more holy looking shrine is?
