This mod just isnt working for me. I go to a workbench and select an option (I've tried them all at this point) and nothing appears out on the balcony

Love this mod, can you make it for SE?

I ported it to SSE, and it works well. It was a bit crash-prone with loose files, but it's been stable ever since I replicated the BSA.

This works wonderfully, HOWEVER if you make the balcony planters (I haven't tried the balcony arbors or fountain), be certain that you do not add any of the tables (children's bedroom side) or archery targets (armory side), as they clip into the planters. If you accidentally built them and reverting to a previous save isn't an option, clicking the offending object and typing 'disable' works fine. Do not use 'markfordelete', deleting objects is not usually a good idea.

hello Akarnan, I sent you an inbox early this week, wondering if you have plans to port this mod to bethesda for xbox one, or if I could get your permission to port it... please let me know, i'd appreciate your time for a response.

after installing this lakeview built on top of (both builds occupying same space) the windstad house and messed up access to the interior.
have not encountered this bug prior to adding this mod (of course could just be luck)
hopefully a future fix or advice on resolving the issue. as otherwise great idea for a mod.
unofficial hearthfire patch is the only thing i have installed that is likely to alter these locations.
    thanks

I built the Lakeview house and paid my steward to furnish the place, but the furniture never showed up. I eventually figured out that the BYOH scripts depend on the exterior cells the house sits on being in the location BYOHHouse1Location. It looks like this mod clears the location setting for the two cells BYOHHouse1Exterior and BYOHHouse1Exterior02. This prevents the BYOH script from enabling the furniture because the trigger is when you enter a cell in BYOHHouse1Location.

Was this an inadvertent change, or was there some reason you needed to do this? The other two houses do not have this issue. I restored the location to those two cells and haven't had any problems, yet.

Thank you for the great mod.

There is a slight issue with one of the goat horns. When at Lakeview Manor there is a light hovering in the air. If you take a look under Images at the upper left hand corner of the 3rd picture in row two, you can see the goat horn in the air that isn't attached to anything. I don't build the patio on that side but the light stays in the air. Once I turn this mod off, the light goes away so my guess based on the screenshot, it's that lone goat horn.

You're welcome. This is really a great mod, love the way you incorporated into the workbenches. Definitely makes the patios looks so much nicer.

    Greetings, primarily pardon my English.
I built one of the houses, once you've installed the mod built, but when I go to the workshops do not leave me the options of building your mod.
Any idea of the problem or the solution.
    thanks

Which workbench do you use ?
depending on your house setup the workbench you need to use are located in the rdc north, east and west wings and in the entry hall.
