Ratway Manor is a thief-styled player home in Riften.
I designed this around my personal needs and preferences.
All crafting is available, as well as plenty of named, safe storage.
Room for a few followers and things for them to do.
All smithing facilities available.
Bed has Well Rested bonus.
Updated to V 1.1 Please save before DL and replacing files.

Install
Backup your data folder.
Download the main file and extract to your data folder.
Uninstall
Delete the .esp and the appropriate meshes and textures from your data folder.
