I've had the crash with and without Helgen Reborn on different characters. This mod does work but you need to make sure you install it with Cyrodil Frontier or it might still crash as it was in my case so had to uninstall Frontier, clean my save and then reinstall the mod along with this fix so don't wait until you get hit with the crash and get it installed as soon as you install Frontier.
Thanks, that's a good tip! This would seem to indicate that as soon as the cell changes are generated, the problem "baked" into your game, and have to be explicitly overwritten by regenerating the cells from scratch.
It's not about credits, it's about most people who get that mod (like probably 99% of them, since it's on Steam, too) not being able to get the mod to work, because hardly anyone will find this patch. People to this very day are on SteamCommunity.com's page for this mod going on about how it crashes in this area, because they don't know about this patch. If the patch were integrated into the mod (at both sites), all Frenchy would need do to is credit EmeraldReign for the fix. I swear, these "Give me a full page of my own for Credit™ for self-glorification in front of people who don't care anyway, or give me death!" people really make me shake my head sometimes. Frankly, I wish every patch I'd ever put up on Nexus, LL, ModHistory, Steam, or anywhere else were merged into the original mods, either directly or as optional downloads, since THE WHOLE POINT of producing patches is that they get used by everyone who needs them to work around problems. LlKyroll, you appear to have uploaded NOTHING AT ALL to this community, for any game, ever, so you are not in a position to lecture people about modding and credit for it. FFS.

Good thing that I ALWAYS do a backup copy of my saves and mod configs. I literally rechecked every mod and the last one was frontier quest line mod. CHEERS!!!
