This simple plugin file should help avoid the CTD that occurs when loading one of the cells in MadFrenchie's "The Cyrodiil Frontier" mod by disabling a couple of references in TeSVEdit.

Please note I am still testing this fix and as such do not know if it will work for everyone, only that it works perfectly for me. If this works for more members of the community I will add more information about the fix, inform MadFrenchie about it directly and add a how-to guide that will not require this plugin file.

This file does not contain any of the data from MadFrenchie's mod, simply an extra .esp to add to the end of your load order.
