      It is just meshes, you can run it through Cathedral Assets Optimizer and it will work.

   I have noticed that when equipping this piece the game seems to hiccup or lose a frame or two. Only when I equip or unequip this though. Is there an issue with the mesh at all?

      Just a mesh replacer, doesn't affect stats.

   As stated below, OBIS loot has a cameo amulet that gets changed with this mod. however, the necromacer's amulet does not change when OBIS Loot is installed. any idea why?
