Hi, this is my first mod and it's just a bugfix mod.

This tiny mod solves a few bugs appeared in Perkus Maximus 1.2 by t3nd0 (Hail the Snakey!) related to the Dexterity Perk Tree:

• "Removing the Scaffold" and "Monkey Grip" now work
• Lockpicking gives exp to the player.
  

It can be installed manually or with a mod manager like NMM or MO. It should be loaded after PerkusMaximus_Master and launching the patcher again is advisable.
Installing PerMa 1.2 Hotfix by raulfin is NOT necessary. This includes it as well.
