As the small description says, this simply makes the boots and axe playable. I looked around the Nexus and couldn't find this anywhere. You can find them in a chest in the Riverwood Trader on the second floor. Please read through the changes and more importantly the Notes.

Version 1.2 - Changed the armor from Light to Heavy, Added world models supplied by Dumitas, Changed Specs & Value to match Daedric Armor. The Armor and Battle Axe can be Upgraded at any Grindstone or Workbench, but you must have the Steel Smithing perk.

Version 1.2.1 - Added Light Varient of Tsun's Armor & Boots, Added Tsun's War Axe, Relocated chest to Dragonsreach in Whiterun (Near the entrance).

Despite the simple nature of this mod, I do intend on making some adjustments and improvements to it. 
Additionally, though you need the Steel Smithing Perk to Upgrade anything, you use Iron rather than Steel to upgrade the armor and weapon. I don't intend on changing it.

I'm always up for suggestions on ways to improve this mod, and they're always appreciated so don't hesitate if you'd like to see more content.
The Light Armor can be upgraded at any Workbench or Grindstone, as can the War Axe, so don't be worried because I didn't have them tempered in the preview images. 
It's been brought to my attention that the light armor isn't in the chest, I find this odd as I uploaded the same version that I myself use, and it is is infact, in the chest. The armor can be found easily using the console.
