Yeah so this furniture would be better suited in my real life house. How gorgeous! I was looking for a desk just like this the other day.

    Hey! Sweet mod!

Were you thinking of porting this over to Skyrim Special Edition?

Hope you see it there! :)

So good news! We managed to track down monk on his facebook page and RonnieMagnum communicated with him (in Russian) and got permission to allow me to update this awesome resource! We're still waiting to hear back if he's going to give me author access or just have me post a new version, so we'll see there. But what I have planned for V2:

    - Fix all micro seams
    - Convert chair to 3 point access (adding left and right options with a version that has no arm rests)
    - 2 and 3 shelf versions of the thin shelves
    - variations of the furniture which have missing drawer slots which can be filled in with a stand alone drawer model I made, effectively making versions of the furniture with working drawers
    - Add stand alone glass doors that can be attached to the shelves in various ways
    - Large shelf version with college book shelf cabinet door front
    - hutch option for on top of desk

Sigh... I'm assuming then this mod is abandoned, which is really sad because these look great and had so much potential. The chair however I'm having a weird issue where it will not receive ambient shading. It stays the same level of brightness on all sides. I've fiddled with the flags in NIFSkope but can't seem to find a reason or solution. Anyone else had this issue? I would totally finish fixing up the minor issues with this resource if the author were willing, but he's not gotten back to me yet

Scratch that, the chair is fine now, I just copied the BsShaderProperty from one of the night stands over it and reset the textures and it's fine. No idea what in the shader was wrong though (shrug)

Look's very nice but why the people are only modelling the meshes with textures without the marker's do add an markernode is so easy!!

I might be mistaken but the chair should have had the marker node already on it, after all he's showing it on the screen shot that way.

I would really like to use this, but I am concerned about the meshes and seams. Have they been fully repaired and uploaded or what future plans do you have to do so? I really like the unique look of this furniture. Would you give permission for someone to fix the seams and send them to you? I noticed someone offered earlier, it would really be nice. Thanks for excellent work, looking forward to using these once the seams are fixed.

Beautifully crafted furniture. Thanks monk-ide, for sharing this with us. I hope you will continue to develop and refine these furniture meshes and textures. I do have a request for a matching wardrobe with animated doors if possible. I need to fully decorate my master bedroom in my mod. The library and study are done. Would be terrific if you designed a whole house furniture suite. Hillsdale for Skyrim. Two thumbs up!!

    P.S. Love the bed!!

So I fixed bookshelf01's seam issues if you would like the reworked model to look over and include in the next update, Monk_ide. Looks like none of your vertices are connected, most of the faces are just free floating which makes it hella hard to avoid gaps. The seams go away if you merge all overlapping vertices. This stuff is just beautiful and I'd be happy to help clean up the mesh gaps for you, only takes about 10 minutes per mesh, so let me know via PM and I can send you a link to the fixed mesh.
