As of right now this is one of my first mods, it's simple, it's cheaty, and it's inspired by anime, but it's a start!
This mod allows the player to craft The Stone of Xerxes at the forge, a powerful ring that requires 12 filled black soul gems, and a human heart to bind the magic. The user of this powerful item enjoys many boons, but at the cost of his own morality.
The ring fortifies the 5 schools of magic (conjuration, alteration, destruction, restoration, and illusion) by 80% as well as the magicka regeneration rate by 100%
