Now with 100% more navmesh! And correct naming of where it is. (Riften? Wtf was i thinking?)

This is my entry into the /r/skyrimmods modding contest. Also my first mod, so I hope you enjoy.

It is a small lore-friendly ship parked (docked?) near Ivarstead. It belonged at one point to a Khajiit, but he has long since moved on.
