This house is absolute perfection. I'm really picky about player homes, they usually either have too many mannequins, too many unlabeled chests and containers or they look too cramped or just bare. This house looks cozy, without being overly cluttered and it offers enough space to move around comfortably. I play with two followers and EFF and they idle around the house beautifully. I usually have one of them camp outside and guard overnight, but in really bad weather there is enough space to put down an extra bedroll, which I appreciate. Lore friendly, but in a grand way! Thank you so much for this adorable little cabin. :)
If anyone reading this, make sure you're not storing much books (or other items) in the bookcase A-M. It bugged out for me causing the bookcase A-M not being available anymore and strange collision right before the door pushing my character when I try to run through. M-Z works fine though, so far.
Love this cabin!! I saw you post about this in the Skyrim modders FB group, so had to check it out. Great location overlooking Windhelm and centrally located. Great view up there too. Thanks for uploading and endorsed!!
I hope to see this cabin ported over to SSE as well, only posting about this here since it's been so long since you've mentioned getting permissions. More house choices for SSE would be wonderful and this is my favorite house mod made by you. I would use Tumblestone Cottage but it doesn't have any two sitting chairs close together so I can hang out with companions in it.
Just wanted to let everyone know that this house will be ported over to Skyrim SE. It is essentially all ready to go but I'm waiting for some updated textures from a resource that will be finished this weekend and then it will be uploaded.
Since replaying this is totally my favorite player home to use as my werewolf/hunter character as I am far from towns, quick issue, for some reason the dresser with the shrines and the dresser beside the bed keep deleting anything I put into it. All other containers inside the house work fine but those two. Not sure why. Even with that I still adore this cabin.
