I really like Katla's Farm, but unfortunately it isn't possible to obtain one of the buildings, so I rearranged the two already existing buildings (Katla's Farm + Stables) and added my „Solitude Farmhouse“.

Just look out for the corpse of poor Mervin Olpert as shown in the picture.
...you can get wet feet when searching for the corpse.
...it's hidden behind a few bushes.
