Wow! We made it on to the hot files! FRONT PAGE!

This is amazing.Thank you to everybody for trying out my mod and coming back to endorse it!I consider this a huge honor!

I want to let everybody know that more paints/updates are on the way, with even more customization options and possible combinations for you to use.

    Much thanks,
    Empy

    Wow, 925 Endorsements!

A year ago, I didn't even own Skyrim. I came tot he game pretty late.

I know Fallout is out now, but it seems people are still playing Skyrim and discovering my warpaints, and I think that's amazing. What a great community!

I plan on a few more sets, some additions to existing ones, and the deletion of any duplicate files I missed, but I'm not sure when I can get to them. Please understand.

I think they can, yes. But if you make this mod load last (or lower than other mods which use racemenu), it should work

I tried installing this for SSE just to see if it would work, but the game doesn't launch with it installed which is confusing as they're just textures. I use a lot of oldrim mods that just add or change textures and they seem to work but not this.

Edit: Just tried installing manually to see if it would make a difference but game still doesn't want to launch.

I'm not asking for anything but these warpaints just look amazing and it's a shame I can't use them because I'm on SSE.

Really wish I could help, but do not own SE and cannot mod for it.

Simply extract the contents of the .bsa archive to the data folder (to use the loose files directly instead), then delete the bsa (or rebuild it if you want but its not necessary). Open the plugin into the SSE Creation Kit, click Save and you're done. Textures and Script work with SSE as-is

Or you can have this version here I ported it for myself and have been using it for 2 years+ without issue, I also flagged it as ESPFE so it doesn't use a plugin slot : http://www.mediafire.com/file/zc78qyprctx2s5j/EmpyreanCSforSSE.rar/file

If you want you can upload it to the SSE nexus so people without the know-how can enjoy your beautiful work

Thank you very much for this! I will see if I can even remember how to upload a mod over there, lol.

Edit. The SSE version is up!

This mod is amazing but it won't work on Skyrim Special Edition, the game refuses to launch with it installed which is really weird since its just a texture mod. Is there any way you could port it to the Special Edition of the game?

I'm not sure if something didn't update right in my game or if I did something wrong but these textures aren't showing up for me anymore and I love them so much, so I'd hate to lose them. I DID add loose base scripts to racemenu earlier because it wasn't functioning correctly and I even uninstalled and reinstalled this mod, but to no avail. Anyone else having this problem?

I'm sorry, this is a bit out of my league. I'm not a good modder, I can barely do warpaints as it is, lol.

Perhaps if you take this question/issue to the forums here on Nexus or to Reddit you may fine some help from somebody more talented and knowledgeable.

Same for me, they don't show up and I have no clue as to why. Pity, they look amazing. :(

      [edit]

My bad, the mod is called 'warpaints' so I [naturally] looked for them on the 'warpaint' slider .. I found them under 'makeup' which, yes, is noted on the 'doc' tab but the name kind of makes it not obvious to look there.

Anyhow, yeah, amazing designs with many SUBTLE markings, such a refreshing change from some of the 'paint-wash' textures around here. Endorsed.

Ah, yes, that would do it!

People, please follow the directions in the description on how to install and use, or you will be befuddled with confusion! It's quite easy, but these aren't treated like normal warpaints, you must read how to access them!

Glad you got it working and thank you for the endorsement!

Im a bit late to the show but, How do i get the eyeshadows, eyeliners and lipstick? I seem to only get the paint. Are they in the same place as the war paint (makup) I would say that this is some of the best iv ever seen. Good job sir. Very good job indeed. Endorsed as soon as i can.

If you see the paint, then you should see everything. The eyeshadow and lipstick is the exact same type of file and made in the exact same way, and treated by the game exactly the same, as the warpaint. There is literally no difference, it's just where the pixels appear on the face.

I wish I could help. There should be over 130 plus warpaint files. If you are lower than that, then perhaps a reinstall is needed?

Thanks for this awesome mod! One of the tattoos is in the screenshots for this follower I made (but not in the actual mod itself.) Love this a lot.

For the love of god, we need those in SE, there is literally not a single mod that adds quality warpaints like yours

Thank you for the kind words.

I don't own SE and I'm not very good with actual modding, or how to use any tools with SE. I wish I could help.
