Adds two spells. One for mining and one for smelting. Requires Dragonborn.

In my desire to attempt playing a spell-sword character I wanted to use spells as much as possible. Enter the original mod Mining For Mages. While the original worked with the base game it did not work with stalhrim in the Dragonborn DLC. Story wise, it makes sense because only the specific pickaxe can be used. But all things being moddable, I wanted it to work with stalhrim. But more than that, I didn't like the effects for the mining spell. You had to be right on the mine because it was impossible to see where you were aiming not to mention the range was really short.
What it does:
Provides two spells
- Electro-Mining - Lightning that splits precious minerals from mundane rocks
- Liquefaction - Liquifies raw materials into purified ingots

Dragonborn DLC is required.
Installation:
Use NMM, MO or extract to the data folder

Things to note:
Electro-Mining effective range is the same as the Lightning spell. It can be cast at a greater distance but has no effect other than to drain magicka and leave scorch marks. At a base of 100 magicka, if you drain half without obtaining ore, move closer.
Regarding stalhrim the spell works on the basic veins. There are a few veins used to block off access to specific locations, these veins have a different script and require the pickaxe to be used.
