Description:

This is Hiccup's armor from HTTYD2.

Where to Find:

The armor is craftable at any forge under the leather category.

Requirements:

None

Installation:

Extract the contents of the data folder into your Skyrim directory folder. It should look something like this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim

Activate the HiccupArmor.esp

Uninstallation:

Go to the meshes folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\meshes\armor) and delete the folder \httyd2hiccupsarmor

then,

Go to the textures folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\textures\armor) and delete the folder \httyd2hiccupsarmor

finally,

Go to the data folder: (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data) and delete the HiccupArmor.esp

Known Issues & Troubleshooting:

1. The left shoulder sleeve underneath the pauldron is considerably brighter than everything else. I don't know why this is? All the data I can see in nifscope is identical to the other nif objects.
Troubleshoot: Unknown

2. Textures fail to load.
Troubleshoot 1: Upon first time installation and the textures fail to load, unequip the armor and exit the menu, then re-equip the armor. This should solve that issue.
Troubleshoot 2: Type in "Showracemenu" into the command console, exit menu, works for me everytime. But you should only have to do this once per game save. Meaning if you start a new game, load the armor, and apply this method, every save game you load afterwards should load the textures with no issue.
