I have a really bad glitch with this mod where when I buy the claymore, save, and load the game the sword will be gone and the 3300 gold will also be gone. Then each time after that i would buy another sword and when i closed the game and started it the sword would be gone along with my gold. Any advice on how to fix this?
People, please listen. I have a fix for the claymore disappearing act. However, it will only give you the base claymore, no enchantments, etc.
Once you have it installed, it's installed. Skyrim gave it a code and all that jaz. When you go for it again, simply do the following, it worked like a charm for me in two different saves on two different days, in two different quests.
open the console command (tidle [ ` ]), type "help claymore" get the number and then type "player.additem [number here] 1press enter. Claymore added.
the number for the claymore in my game is 00999E9F DO NOT ENCHANT the claymore or upgrade it (if you find a way how). it will give you only the base claymore. A patch would solve this issue. I've provided a temporary solution.
Yoki energy could also be implemented like stages of vampirism. As you unleash your yoki, you unlock different abilities and strength but if you reach 100%, you awaken and that could open up an entire other questline where you will be able to fully transform into a youma (ala beast form), but can also disguise yourself in human form, just like the awakened beings in the show. As an awakened being, other claymores would be sent to hunt you down like bounty hunters
10% release: Eyes change from silver to gold. 30% release: Facial distortion. 50% release: Whole body distorts. 80% release: Theoretical limit, reversion to human form difficult, if not impossible. 100% release: Full awakening.
I am no modder and my love for Claymore is what drove me to seek out others to convert this mod in the first place. If someone wants to make a stand alone version of this sword feel free to do so. All you need is the meshes and textures from the download and the know how. Just give credit to the original modders. As for the armour in the picture, it is something I cobbled together when Skyrim first came out. It is simply the nightingale armour coloured white with the cape cut halfway. It's pretty ugly to tell the truth and I thought by now someone would of made a proper Claymore armour set that was deserving.. *sigh* If people are really interested in a recoloured nightingale armour with the cape cut half way I could try to see if the file still exists on my PC.
I highly recommend ShadowTroop's Steel Maiden armour mod which is the closest Claymore like armour I can find. He was specifically inspired by the black Claymore outfit and it shows. There are two armours in his mod, I am not talking about the skimpy one in the first picture, look at the other pictures.
