You mean the 'Ghost Assassin'? Look at the map in the 'images' section, he's really easy to find at night. In fact, you can't miss him: he's literally lit up like a christmas tree!
Go to Morthal - head out NE (you should/will pass the shack where the hideout is), and keep going until you reach the lake. Then just wait till night (if it isn't when you arrive), you'll be able to spot him easily then. Mind you, I'm sure by now you've found him and are settled in.
He does patrol, when I found him he was walking around the hill between the trees (something to bare in mind if you're planning on sniping him).
This DB themed hideout is just perfect, I love the layout and it has a cosy vibe about it. Kind of makes me want to build a basement extension with a similar layout. Awesome job pard, well endorsed
Do you need to do anything special to spawn the key? I'm level 21, and I can chase down the ghost and shoot him, but all he has is ancient Nord armour and a sword, no key.
rly nice little hide out ^^ location is awesome too.
playing a kahjiit, the hood looks a lil funny tho. the only real thing i dont like with this mod however, is the bloody anoying dog xD jeez, it keeps breathing like a 500lb sweaty heary guy. especially when playing with headphones the dog makes the mod not playable for me. at least as it is. it looks really cool tho, with the dragon bone armor thingies. nice job on that one ^^
The deathhound panting can be a bit tiresome, yeah. But if you hate it, you can always disable the dog through console.
Btw Elianora, this mod adds a new location outside Dawnstar called Koor's camp. The place was empty when I got there, just some blood splatter. But I added Koor through the console commands, and he just seems to hang out there. Seems like an oversight from when you remade the vanilla house into a DLC supported one, or is there something I'm not getting about this area?
I merged this mod with my hound followers mod, that must be some sort of permanent left over (some changes stick unless specifically removed with TES5Edit). Mapmarkers tend to stick even if you remove them in CK....
The dog will not stop following me. I cannot get rid of him. Everytime I click dismiss, he walks like two steps and then starts following me again. And I can't just kill him. Help?
NOTHING WORKS! I can't interact with the forge or anything, I activate, get forced into third person (and can't switch back to first) and nothing else happens. HELP!?
I haven't used this house in a while and tried reinstalling. The problem I'm having though is that the assassin isn't at the tree. Is there a prerequisite or maybe it's because I use Alternate Start - Live Another Life to start in the Moorside instead of normally? I remember using the vanilla before and since no one else seems to have this issue, I have to ask if there's something I forgot now :/
Edit: So the problem is I'm blindand didn't see him when I found the tree. I did find him. The mod itself is great and I like it Just to note though and I don't know if I'm the only one with this issue but when I try to hide the children's room the mannequins spawn animated.. :X (Also as a suggestion you might want to find a way to bolt down the tools bucket on the porch. Accidentally kicked it and can't find it now)

Q: ENB?
A: FeverNB by Midhras (It's a bit hard to find. Check his flickr) + Grim & Somber SMAA + Static DoF.
Q: That's Cole.
A: Yes it is. My favourite assassin.
This is a gtx970, I can play for hours without ctd or fps drop, but leaivng this place makes my performance empty like the void.
