   Please I need help!
   I've tried everything, I have an ENB installed, I tried downloading the files manually and with the NMM but I just cant seem to change the textures.
   I am using SFO if that would make a difference. The mod is not showing up in my plugins tab either in the NMM

       enb is required for normal maps to work the bumpy texture stuff, if u use it without it will look flat.

       No don't need an ENB to get Parallax working but it would look way better ...

       as far as I understand for the parallax to take effect it requires a setting within your "ENBlocal.ini" to be set to a true or false value. So yes ENB is required to view parallax properly. it looks amazing as well.
