Hey look, another one of those stupid Whiterun mods, I'm so original right?

Seriously, why look at this mod when theres mods like JK's Skyrim or Dawn of Skyrim?

You're staying? Oh, alright, heres the description that I have to write:

Why Another Skyforge Mod?

Its simple, yes there are loads of them out there and I also already made one, but they feel cluttered and/or come with enough items to crash your game. Plus, a good few aren't very lore friendly. Enchantment tables?! Its a forge, not an all-in-one crafting device. I've spent the last day or so looking for a mod that changes the Skyforge (No I wasn't gonna use my old mod, it was crap) and after looking through many a mod, I decided to make my own! So here it is, yes this was a waffle of an intro but it looks better than 2 lines!

What Does It Add?

The mod adds the usualy stuff as well as some fancy aesthetics, here is a list:

  • Tanning Rack
  • Smeltery
  • Work Bench
  • Walls around the Skyforge, Eorlunds old, he could fall! Safety first guys!
  • Some pelts (No you can't steal them)
  • Barrels and mead (Yes you can steal the mead, scabby little...)
  • A fancy Dragon Skull mount thing, Eurlunds got style!
  • An improved Skyforge forge (You know what I mean), now showcases some of Eorlunds work! (No you can't steal it, sheesh)
  • Some practice dummies
  • An improved entrance

Compatibility:

The mod should be compatible with any mods that do not edit the Skyforge as well as the Companions quest that involves some "burning". But heres a little list of what should be compatible and what is not compatible:

Compatible:

  • If it doesn't touch the Skyforge you are good to go!
  • Immersive Armours/Weapons (The shield rack doesn't clip)
  • Breezehome Fully Upgradable (Why wouldn't it be? Like, really?)
  • Dawn of Skyrim (It doesn't touch the Skyforge, right? I can't fully test as it crashes my game so I would love if someone could confirm this)
  • Interesting NPC's
  • Inconsequential NPC's
  • Basically any NPC mod should be okay

Incompatible:

  • Jk's Whiterun (It changes the Skyforge, Id make a patch but the only patch is to remove my mod, or his)
  • Any mods that change the Skyforge
