This hobbit house has a vanilla grass roof texture. You can easily change this texture in Nifkskope according to your personal taste or needs.
There had been requests for a split-up interior. Although I only have a very basic blender knowledge, I split up the interior mesh into the five rooms as separate pieces. As an extra I removed the animation from the animated interior door and added it as additional load door.
Thank you for this amazing Home Mod!! :) I have a converted music file (xwm), just one song really, that I would love to be able to add for my game. It's themed based and would go perfect but I have no idea of the interrior location to drop it in, lol.
Looks amazing! If I were to make a personal home using this, would I need to load the ESP in the CK, or do I just extract the meshes and textures to my Skyrim data folder?
I was looking for some resources to help in building a custom house for myself, so when I came across these I was really happy. Is there any way, though, that you could split the large meshes into smaller ones for making custom interiors/exteriors? I tried to do it myself with Blender and Nifskope, but I've never used Blender before and it turned out terrible.
Ausgezeichnet.

altho the doors+windows probably could use another sub d. if your comp cant handle that, you probably also cannot run windows 3.1! xD
j/k
it truly cant be that bad of a performance hit, can it?
just not sure if i can edit it. is stroti still alive?
i imagine it could look quite nice, if it were tweaked alittle ala brumbek.
