Hey everyone. I've decided to leave the Skyrim modding scene. If anyone wants to take over one or all of my mods, please let me know by private message (I get email notified). Otherwise, all of my mods are distributed with full source code in the BSA file, so feel free to alter them as you wish.
After a week of using this in my current playthrough/troubleshoot it seems to lobotomize Deer :( Went through my load order turning off different mods to see which mod was turning off the Deer ai and it was this.

Been wanting to give these Real Names mods a try again after years of avoiding them. But they are all still buggy in their little ways and can inconvenience players doing quests involving generic NPCs that get renamed.
I use it for renaming my slave but sometimes the name completely disappears for some reason. Of course after that I can't talk to the NPC. Has anyone seen this in their game?
Is it a bug or a setting/config problem? Is it fixable via console?
a little necroposting i guess, but have same issue (AFT and RDS mods are reasons as i metioned) in my case when smone who was renamed by me losing their name (usually its happening when i starting RDS dialogue with any NPC, any renamed live objects losing their names (things like items staying intact)) i cant start dialogue with them until i save-load, after loading 2-3 seconds later their name appearing again, not the full autfix ofcource but at least this helping. As already said, this happening because other mods had come incompatability, AFT and RDS in my case, you could have some others which making conflict. Any way great mod for make Skyrim immersive and for good role-playing (i renaming NPC with whom i have some dialogues and good relationships already like talking with someone you want to befriend usually starting from "hey whats your name"
I uninstalled the mod, due to it causing the floating healthbars mod to look weird, but the mod still has taken affect in the cities I've already visited with the mod installed, does anyone know of a way I can fix this?

Not sure why tho, but you are not the only one with this problem.
