A huge thank you goes out to user "}{ellKnight" who used his own time to run a fix on the .esp file so that users who make use of TESVedit and Wrye Bash shouldn't get any further errors (which was fixed by running through CK and re-saving the file, but now you don't have to do that yourself anymore).
Includes not only a few very minor fixes to warpaints (a pixel move here and there, and also some big changes to the "lipstick" paint - by far the hardest paints I've ever tried to make), but also 4 entirely new female warpaints (#53-56).
Thank you all for the over 2,000 unique downloads and all the endoresements, it means a lot that you guys like them and come back to endorse!
Also, to celebrate, not only did I do this update but I worked for an entire week on an ENTIRELY NEW warpaint mod that is separate from this one.
I tried something different than my original warpaint mod, which for the most part has larger and bolder warpaints. These new ones are more finely detailed and developed to compliment each other.
Using a whole-face concept, individual parts of the warpaint are broken up so you can pick and choose which details you want to add or change the color of to create a unique warpaint for your character! Included are many eye shadows, eyeliners, and even lipsticks!
My guess is that you're using the wrong gender paint as in using a male warpaint for a female character or vice versa. That will get them off-centered.
You cannot just add this to your mod list and just run with it ... please re-read the description page and let me know if it still is having problems after following the directions.
In particular, these images on the description absolutely need to be followed: https://i.imgur.com/dINXNv1.png https://i.imgur.com/pAy81UI.png
It would be possible to add your warpaints via CK manually to each race, extending the number of available warpaints. If ece runs off of showracemenu they should be available just as extended colour's are available for ece.
So, picture this, here i am, super excited to use the warpaints from your mods, and i go in my game, and can't or the life of me figure out why the quality is so bad, i then google it and find next to nothing, decide to check on here, and realise i did not set my ini, and now i feel like a massive idiot,
anyway, thank you for making such nice additions to all my characters.
Huge thanks Empyrean! This mod is fantastic! Awhile back I did a guide on how to make my main characters icon cracked facial skin, which requires this very mod. And so I thought you might want to take a look at it. It shows that the mod looks great on men too. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/images/527730/?
I'm glad you like it for guys ... it's made for them, too! Well, the ones labeled "male" anyhow, lol.
That's a badass toon you got there. I saw your other image with the barbarian and you used the same technique and with another warpaint mod added to it as well. Great work!
Adding your link to the description if you don't mind. =)
I have really been considering this, actually, though you're only like the third person to request it.
I'm not very talented when it comes to "mods" per se. It took me a very long time to finally figure out how to use the Creation Kit ... how to fix it since it wasn't behaving like I was told it should ... and several very, very nice people working with me to resolve all of my issues.
These were, originally, just replacer files for vanilla warpaints, but it was RaceMenu that allowed them to grow to where they are now.
And since I don't use ECE, it would be really hard for me to work. I'm not exactly sure how installing ECE would affect my current install, either.
I'll give it some more thought though, for sure. Thank you for letting me know your desires. =)
One word. WOW. The textures are beautiful, and I love the two colours thing! It totally gives my badass Skandian (viking) warrior Freyja Starfollower the perfect look

What a great and nice thing to do!
Enjoy!

If I ever find a way to convert, I will do so.
The alternative for the layering effect is to use the Dirt Category
