This mod has a lot of possibilities. Since Whiterun is normally the first city you become Thane in, can you make it so that she meets you at the gate or Dragonsreach-if you fast travel. Have her say something like, "Hello Thane" Hope your Trip was a successfully one. I will be your bodyguard while you are in Whiterun, or something like that.
What you were saying about the Dragonsreach gate and dialogue sounds great and very possible, I'll have it done by next week, so be sure to check for the update!
