  To open the in-game GUI, hit SHIFT + ENTER.
  
  Noir is now MUCH less demanding before. If you're still looking for performance, though:
  
  Whatever you do, DO NOT DISABLE MIST. The whole preset is built around it.
  First try lowering quality rather than disabling a feature entirely. Bigger FPS hogs tend to be SSAO/SSIL and DEPTH OF FIELD, so those are good places to start.
  
  If you do have to completely disable, I'd prioritize DEPTH OF FIELD, UNDERWATER/WATER over anything else. Water is nice, but this preset doesn't get as much mileage out of it as some do.
  
  Try NOT to turn off SSAO completely. It shapes the look pretty heavily
