In addition to halving the cost of your conjuration spells, the Novice, Apprentice, Adept, and Expert level conjuration perks also allow you access to an additional summon. Meaning, when you choose to the Adept Conjuration perk, for example, you will be able to summon up to 4 creatures at once.
The final perk, being now redundant, is replaced by Ethereal Army. This completely removes the summon cap.
Obviously, the mod isn't balanced. Maybe that's a good thing, but I would still love suggestions from experienced conjurers on how I would balance it.
The final perk technically does not allow for unlimited summons, but instead puts the summon cap to about 10,000,000, which I'm sure you'll agree is quite high.
