dieb - You will practically invisible to all (even if you are still to be seen), except ye say, an NPC directly. Perfect for thieves. and bounty of 0

psb - give you all legal spells

spawn - add a new lydia for the player (rather unnecessarily)  or for the vampir bite .. for the better vampire mod start

carry - carryweight to Maximal

Arrow - add all vanila Arrows to your inventory (1000)

Skillbooks - add all the skillbooks to you inventory

open  - open the npc inventory .. in console click npc befor 

cheat - add you all magic skills overpowerd (250) no perks the other skills (55) all shouts and no loading , crafting skill and perks all

cheat2 - add more damage , boxing and spells , life , mana , stamina , overpowerd godlike :-P , more crit chance , faster with weapon , and resist , reflect damage

and the last for the race mod NINGHEIM and BETTER VAMPIRE mod 

Ningheim  - add the undead maker to the player ,
