    =====1.2.1 Changelog=====

-Removed the large bright light source in the bedroom area.

-Small performance increase and reduced chance of flickering with certain room combinations as a result.

Testing this for the first time on a decent computer. It's certainly an improvement.

The Kitchen Fireplace doesn't seem to give off any light when I have this mod disabled. I am new to modding so I might have something wrong but it's back every time I disable this mod.
*edit* I just realized this is the wrong version for me....I keep doing this. sorry!

is it just me or the Armory lighting isn't bright as any other part of the Manor?

There is a glitch in my game with the main hall fireplace and the cellar forge, where looking at certain angles toggles the light from those sources on & off. Any clues as to how I can fix this?

None, in certain combinations this bug occurs because of too many lights are in view. I'll reduce shadow radius slightly when I address brightness complaints.

So, the shadow casting from the giant chandelier in Lakehouse Manor is working perfectly.
Unfortunately, the light sources on the shelves in the main hall bedrooms, for example, don't actually seem to cast any light, or create shadows...

Double checked in xEdit, and nothing seems to be conflicting.

Wall sconces in the entry hall and fireplace are working well, too.

It's mostly just the bedrooms in the main hall that are still really dark - the chandeliers in those rooms appear to do nothing.

This is intentional, there can only be a tiiiny amount of lights in view (camera view). Literally one more light, even your torch will produce artifacts.

I've been playing Skyrim again after a long hiatus and I finally had it with the drab lightning of these houses. Moving from Breezehome to a Homestead felt like a huge downgrade when it came to the atmosphere. So off to the Nexus I went and grabbed this mod.
It's a massive improvement, making the house feel more vibrant and cozy. Love the shadows casted by the mounted elk head. At some points it might be a bit too bright for my tastes but, as said, it's still a great improvement. I haven't noticed any issues either.
    Thanks.

Brightness seems to be a common complaint. I'll take a look.

Scrabbulor, and someone else had to provide the link? There's no mention of the SSE port on the description page? As a marketer, I'm aghast.

This is a sweet little mod. I generally ignore the Hearthfire homes, but this at least makes temporary excursions into them bearable. I wish there was a way to fix/avoid the FPS drop, but Scrabbulor addressed that in earlier comments, and the FPS drop is worth the visual improvement.

Performance in the main hall should be slightly better now. Still a noticeable dip on lower end PCs.
