Ok so let me get this straight....... the GiveFirstBornToSheson=1 is just a joke???? If so I will gladly remove this file and reupload it without that command line. I do not mod Skyrim, so I do not have the first Idea on modding Skyrim, or editing the INI files too much. I only wanted to help people who were having crash issues. Seriously though since I put this file in my INI I have been able to use dat grass without almost no lag whereas before I had worse lag.
Don't worry, (I assume) we all understood your good intensions =D
yes, it is just a joke ^^ read the SSME description page, there is a FAQ section, the second question answers it http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50305/?
I'm not 100% sure, but I think ssme does not primary fix lag.. it fixes crashes.. when first memory block is full, skyrim-engine has troubles locating a next block, so it crashes ... You can run "Memory Blocks Log", this shows in which game-situations more Memory is needed (when using your personal mod-collection).. This way you can see, if this problem is really causing the crashes. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50471/?
but when your rig can run 'dat grass' properly, you probably have a better pc than me, it may acts different from mine =D

while your explanation of the problem was right ... here's what you've got wrong:
first: adding the command GiveFirstBornToSheson=1 has no effect and was a joke mady by Queued, because Sheson was the one, who came up with the idea (the author of the actual tool, which enlarges the first memory block .. this function now was implemented in SKSE 1.7 (but in skse, it still needs an skse-ini-entry, to be activated)
second: sharing ini-files is not realy a good idea, because it contains system-specific information ... if people want to use enb, the best way is still to read and follow the descriptions, which come with most enb presets
I understand that you just wanted to share the good thing which may happended to your game (or, if you just added GiveFirstBornToSheson=1 without actually installing ssme, which did not happen to your game) .. but you should change description for people, which already downloaded your file ... or even take this file off the nexus

Uhhh you are mistaken.... The only places which this .ini integer should be placed is in the SSME.ini or the SKSE.ini; depending on your method of increasing the block sizes.... That said, ENB memory features are controlled, again, in it's own respective .ini. In this case the [Memory] Section of the Enblocal.ini.
At the beginiing it was not a joke at the beginning. In the first Version of Skyrim Memory Patch you nedded to compile the skse source code with a "special" code-snippet and memory-patch did only work when you used GiveFirstBornToSheson=1 in SKSE.ini

I do not use that line I use the SKSE.INI tweaks and I still hit 768 on my first block haha
This made me laugh. I wonder whether the 123 people will laugh who have downloaded that....and I truly wonder about the 2 endorsements :-)
Moderators should remove this file.
Skyrim is a steep learning curve if you want it to look good. You don't get that through tip toeing through shallow water IMO
Ahem...
Nice try but you didn't understand everything
I would suggest some links if you don't mind:

Also try to search for "stability" on Nexus. You'll find a few usefull guides, included the one made by GrandBulwark.
