    FAQ
Q: Will there be a non-SkyUI version? What about no SKSE?
A: No. There will be no non-SkyUI version. And SKSE is required for this mod to function. Without it, NONE OF IT WOULD WORK.
Q: Will uninstalling this mod mid-save cause issues with my game?
A: You can uninstall this mod whenever you want, without issues.
Q: How many scripts does this mod use? Is there polling?
A: There are two scripts. The MCM script, and a script on an alias of the player. The alias script runs maintenance so your selections in the MCM are not forgotten when you load the game.
    Q: Are there conflicts?
A: No. Even if you loaded a mod that did the exact same thing, the effects would stack, and there would be no conflicts. It would be weird to play and not recommended, but no - no conflicts. Some mods like SkyRe or other combat mods include features from this mod. Since the effect would stack, JUST TOGGLE OFF THE STACKING EFFECT in this mod.
Q: Why did you re-release this?
A: I was not at all satisfied with the first version, as it was clunky and didn't have many features. I consider this an entirely new mod, so I deleted the old page and have recreated it.
Q: My Stamina Bar is always visible. What have you done to my game?!!
A: Turn off Running Fatigue. Even at a very low value, it will still damage your stamina while running, even if it's imperceptible. You can turn this off if you like, but there will be no stamina damage while running anymore.
Q: I want x. Why doesn't your mod have it?
A: While I may listen to your suggestions, I have no obligation to implement them. Ultimately, this mod is about something that fits my vision for the mod, not the individual users. Sometimes, I'll like your idea and I'll try to implement it. But even then, sometimes it's not possible.
Q: Will you add NPC support?
A: No. If you want to make a patch to do that, go ahead and credit me, upload it as a separate file. I will not do it.

    POSSIBLE FUTURE THINGS:
    - Jumping fatigue
    - Treating sneaking walking vs. sneaking running differently

And 2.2 is up, fixing any bugs anyone should be experiencing, as well as changing heavy armor-wearing to speed decrease instead of stamina regen. You can check the changelog if you'd like to see all of the fixes.

Thanks to bekonja and Zennohat for PMing me and making sure I knew about the bugs.

The combat mechanics in Skyrim are a disaster, but this mod helps to alleviate that.

    Thank You.

Agreed. Bethesda simply doesn't care anymore, and it shows.

Almost 10 years after no stamina manager mod surpassed this one in effectivity and simplicity.

    Kudos to the author.

I played with this mod a lot and I really appreciate it. This is one of the key mods I use to tweak the difficulty.

    I use:
    - Running Fatigue (default value)
    - Sneaking Fatigue (10 per second)
    - Fresh buffs: 10% more damage dealt, 25% magic resistance
    - Tired debuffs: 90% less damage dealt, 100% less Magicka resistance
    - I let Wildcat manage Onehanded, Twohanded, Bow and Swimming Fatigue (to apply them to NPCs)

One thing I noticed is that my Stamina get drained (from the features added by this mod) also while Ethereal. Is that intended? Stamina from sprinting (Vanilla game system) don’t get drained while Ethereal.

Probably I prefer Stamina to be drained, but I wanted to let you know about that. The Stamina drained by this mod is really helping me to not become invincible after gaining a perk added by “Vokrii” (mod).

Should the fresh/tired damage modifiers also affect spell magnitude?

Nice, exactly what i was looking for. :)
Question: Is the tired debuff apply to power attacks as well or is it only for normal swings?

Awesome mod, I love using it to get a closer feel to stamina manage in Skyrim!
I was wondering though, is it possible to change the Tired/Fresh threshold? Right now, it's set to a strict 25% stamina remaining before the Tired debuff kicks in. I was hoping to do something like around 1%, I end up doing 100% less damage (and vise versa to the Fresh buff).
Either way, great mod, definitely a must for my load order!

yeah, I noticed I can toggle it, but like I was saying, I'd want it where I virtually deal no damage when I have practically no stamina. But, it was just a suggestion, either way it's a great mod, and I appreciate the reply at least

    Your mod is great.
So I try to translate it into a foreign language. Would it be okay?
If you allow, I will upload the file here (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim).
If you do not approve it, I will keep it on my personal blog.

But if you do not answer after many days, I will translate this mod and post it on nexusmods site.
I want to get your permission. So I look forward to a welcome answer.

Could you please add an option for jumping to drain stamina as well? There are a few mods that do this, but they all seem to be buggy and/or add features I don't want.

Probably not. It's doable, but I'm not going to do it right now because I'm really busy and this mod is not my priority. Sorry.

I get the need to do the important things. Just wanted to say whenever you get free time/interest, I second a jumping drain. It'd be a solid addition to this mod.

Also a small thing to consider if you come back: would giving the option to set a magnitude to zero still stop regeneration? That'd be pretty useful, especially if it didn't make your stamina bar appear (though I suspect it would anyways).

It's really sad, this mod is really good - simple and useful. Jumping fatigue and it was complete. Anyway, thank you, Mittiewagg.

You should be able to toggle things on and off.

As for jumping fatigue, I'll take a look if I'm able to come back to the mod
