You should just move to this to the steam workshop, it is a necessity in the load order and is no longer a thing that I would even look for because of the fact that you already made this mod.

You might want to look into my water mod's waves. The ones in RWT were edited by me with tweaks from isoku after. I later edited them to be transparent all around to better blend with the sea normal map. Tbe default normals do not blend very well.

Alpha maps for terrain parallax work, but I think 4k parallax maps are a waste of vram and if it's possible, using _p.dds would be much better. Boris just can't/doesn't want to.

Waterplants: Okay, that is good to hear.
Parallax Occlusion: I only really see tbis used on DX11+ engines. Maybe it was a placeholder by Bethesda and Boris perhaps can't do it that well on his DX9 only ENB. I have no idea though. Maybe he just does not want to do it like you say.
Waves: I did not like how the wave surface normals never matched with the ocean normals. I recoloured the mesh with vertex paint and added some transparentcy. If may not be to your taste or whatever, but I have not had any complaints ever.
Grassias Fixas: This is my new mod for Whiterun. If you wanted to do some compatible 2 to 4k textures for tbe base, and the 3D grass, I would welcome that. You see I cannot really go too crazy as my mod is not standalone anymore, so I just double the vanilla resolution. I pretty mjch traced around Bethesda's textures, making a height map. Nothing upscaled obviously, but it matches the originals well in layout. I did not want to add parallax as it was not in my vision, but if you want to, I will supply the meshes and link to your texture mod if that is okay? This will hopefully get more people to look into your mod and maybe more donations for you. I hope that makes sense. Basically I keep the meshes, but I also link to your mod telling people they should use your textures. That is if you want to do it. It is entirely up to you obviously. It would be nice to have an outside mod to make people aware of my mod. Things can get blended together in a collection.
I'm using your new waves now, I'm sure it looks better. Do you know if ramccoid used your new waves or the old ones?
I looked into your Grassias Fixas at midday, but let me guess, nifskope doesn't display it properly? I then looked into your gallery, but couldn't find a picture of it :/ Could you tell me what it does and show a screen of it? That would be cool.
Maybe you can change your nexus email to one, that you don't use, than you would receive no spam.
