Geniuenly one of the greatest mods I've ever downloaded. The haubreks are excellent, and the reinforced haubreks look fantastic.

Which shield mod are you using for the shield in the first picture?

hey uh, idk if there are other downloads but all my game has is just the body armor. I don't know where to find the shield, helmets, bracers, boots, and weapons

is there a texture version to make the steel less shiny? i am pretty sure that the common steel force in that time was a lot cruder looking. often a bit rusty and the metal must had a lot of hammer mark from the forge. a lot less polished and shiny, even when the soldier was maintaining their gear. a armor that polished was most likely been for those noble knight that parade like peacock and never saw an arrow flying to them.

For the fabric clothing parts (the bits that can be seen that are not chainmail) this mod only includes the blue and white material texture. I would like the fabric textures to be the black and white textures that can be seen on the guy with the shield and helmet in the main picture.

EDIT: Nevermind, actually. Downloaded manually, explored the archive and found your optional textures. Figured out through trial and error that I also had to rename the optional files to the names of the files I was replacing. All good now

I put up some pics in the user images.

A cbbe/bodyslide conversion would be really nice (just for a better shape) and maybe better textures for the light leather one.

Any Chance you could make a more knightly / man-at-arms later mail hauberk, im talking longer hauberk to just above the knee, sleeves down to the wrists with a more snug fit no floppy bits, mail collar, neck protection, or a mantle/coif with the hood down.

I've modded all of Vaultam's armors (Just Another Guard Armor, Simple Hauberks, Early Medieval Helms) and integrated them throughout the game--leveled lists, merchants. etc. I've also added new variants armors for Forsworn, Companions, Stormcloaks, Thieves Guild, etc* as well as replaced all the Nord clothing with tunic meshes I received from Vaultman a while back. Take a look at the pics I've uploaded on my Nexus account for examples of the content in game.

Anyway, the reason I'm bringing this up, is that I'm considering uploading the mod, if there is some serious interest. It will take me a couple of weeks or so of work to make it releasable--I've got such a heavily modded game with various textures and merges, it will take some time to make a stable mod usable by others. Hence, I want to make sure there is enough interest, to justify the work and time.

So... if at least 10 people respond with an 'aye' below, I'll get to work on it.

I'm thinking of merging all Vaultman's esps into one, as well as getting additional permission from other content creators on the Nexus, so the whole thing can be in one esp and won't take up so much room in people's load orders. What do you guys think? Keep the mods seperate, or combine? Add additional armors--most of it mail, padded armor, and other historical-inspired stuff--or just use Vaultman's assets?

*I haven't done anything with the Imperials, because I use Jedo Dre's historical Revival, so things should be compatible with that. I'm also considering adding Historical Revival's Celtic armor to the Forsworn leveled lists, but I need to get permission.

      Hey puss1,
I agree not many will see this, so I'll most likely put out some new pics with the question, where hopefully more will see it.

      Thanks for the interest.

In this mod, from the same mod author of this one, you will find the red colored one:
