I don't believe the author of this mod will ever visit this post section again. Follower – Ulrica was my favorite follower mod in Skyrim. Dual wielding - Bound Swords, self-heal, heal. Ice Form shout, high movement speed. She would paralyze (freeze) enemies and not even gives them a chance to hit her. One of the best bodyguards in Skyrim. Occasionally she can freeze the player character into a piece of ice, no move - no mouse look and nothing you can do, just wait about 1 minute real time until the ice spell-shout is deactivated. If you don’t want to be frozen - just avoid to place the player character between her and your enemies. It’s not an issue. Very fun! I’ve been using this mod in the Skyrim Special Edition game as is, without any changes, it works perfectly in SSE in its Form Version 43, no conflicts. Don’t believe all rumors about save files corruption or else. Actually it’s safe to use this mod in SSE.
So when I first met her, there must be something wrong with my CBBE presets, because the basic wench outfit she appears in has her nipples above her clothes, way higher than any normal human ought to have them. Like, no amount of lift and support should have them up there. Did some science (using Flower Girls, because the wench outfit is hardlined and not in her inventory) and yes, it's just that particular outfit mesh acting wonky...
No matter which file i install i keep getting this weird blue distortion swirl around her, I've tried removing all my mods and re installing them one by one but i cant seem to fix the problem
Took me awhile to figure out what it was as it was also driving me mad. She has a Spell Absorption perk known as 'Atronach' (The Atronach perk from the Alteration skill provides up to 30% permanent Spell Absorption (effect form ID 000954d6).). After hours of playing around with it and trying a lot of methods I seem to have gotten ride of the distortion effect, I had to use Skyrim Creation Tool (Found in the steam tools library) and had to edit Ulrica's .esp file with it. Under her spells/perks listings I had to remove her Atronach perk which seemed to remove the blue distortion effect (I had to remove her as my companion before it took effect).
Now if only I knew how to nerf her. She is too powerful!!
