Heartless Kinetao ENB
Heartless Kinetao ENB is a preset based on my last enb. So there is not so much difference. I tried a more unique and balanced look for this enb.

Imagine Skyrim as the cold and lifethreatening Province it represents in the lore of Elder Scrolls. A cold, grim and unforgiving
place on nirn, where only the fittest are able to survive in the wilderness, while only the richest survive in the small civilized
cities and settlements among the endless roads that lead through the province. This is the enb that came to my mind. It is dark
and seems uninviting. But once the cold engulfs your mind with this finetuned enb,
you will embrace the immersion like never before.

Requiered files:
Download 0.132 binaries from enbdev.com
right here
and take the d3d9.dll file from the wrapper version.
Installation:
just put the fx files in the download and the binaries into you skyrim main folder.
Once you start skyrim there should be a message in the upper left corner.
make sure you completely wiped your skyrim folder from every single enb / sweet fx left over or this preset is probably getting messed up
knows graphical issues
Fire / - intense bloom :
for example : picture by "Kuzimar"
- you may have extremely bright bloom and lens effects.
If you experience eye-crippling flares by looking at a fire,
I recommend to take use of the "H-K fire patch" file in the "optional" file section
Since I do not experience any of these issues and even double-checked
the download files I need to rely on your feedback if you experience these bugs
