This is the Legolas armor by kokorozukai. He gets all the credit for the retexture, I just made it a standalone version. The armor is craftable under misc, and you can also find a set in the Jarl's longhouse in Falkreath. It's upstairs to the right on the table. I know that's a random location, that's just what I chose.
