The only problem is that it adds npc's that live there and in my opinion they should be optional as I prefer a no npc version type of hearthfire compatible home with everything this comes with it's a shame.(EDIT) Nevermind just new seen that we can disable the npc's as an option and I'll endorse.
I love the house, I was able to play for 3 or 4 days before I couldnt go in the house. Now it takes me to the load screen and then an error page. I had already put all my armor, books, and weapons inside and now it's just all gone.. is there a way to fix this?
hi i may be able to help you with this, the reason that you have loading screen long that because you had but something which has a large number of quantity, for example like ingredients, food, armor, weapons,.... the only to fix this is go back the way of the previous save before you but them in to your container of your house. hope that help you with some thing
Hi, I love this house mod but I came across a problem. Previously before I restarted my game the house spawned in normally., but now it's clipping into the side of the mountain/hill it sits upon. The house is still accessible for my Player but I'd like to have full access to the outside of my home, does anyone know how to fix this?
Would you happen to be using Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul? When looking at Frostvale in Tes5edit, I noticed that both mods are working in the same worldspace. Removal of IC removed the snowy hill that covered most of the door and basement access. Im currently trying to see if I can make both compatible. If I can ill post it here.
No need to do any extensive editing it seems, just making sure Frostvale loads after IC seems to remove the mountain in question. No idea if this would cause other issues though.
Thanks so much for posting this! This is my first time trying Frostvale, so I was pretty confused when I realized the door wasn't on the porch but hidden in the hill. Lol. But i just moved it down the load order, and problem solved. Can't wait to move my kids in and see how it works!

I downloaded Frostvale estate but when I try to adopt a child it wont give me the option. I also downloaded the multiple hearthfire adoptioin mod but if I enable both both my computer wont load skyrim. What do I do?
You need MA for your kids to go there , iirc the vanilla limit of 2 kids will only go to a vanilla bought home with beds for them.. Are you at your mod limit ?
